Setlrs is an AI-powered relocation strategy and coordination platform designed to assist users in planning international moves. Our service generates personalised migration sequences, checklists, and benchmarks based on user profiles.
Setlrs is a global migration coordination platform. It organises immigration pathways, coordinates tasks, surfaces publicly available information from official government sources worldwide, and connects users to registered professionals where appropriate.
Setlrs does NOT:
- Provide immigration advice of any kind
- Provide legal advice
- Act as a registered migration agent in any jurisdiction
- Represent users before any government authority
- Guarantee any immigration outcome or visa approval
- Assess individual eligibility for any visa or permit
Immigration rules vary significantly across countries and change frequently. Where professional immigration advice is needed, Setlrs can connect users to registered migration agents and immigration lawyers.

Setlrs Is Always Free
Setlrs is free to use. We do not charge users for access to any feature of the platform. There are no subscription tiers, no premium features, and no payment required at any point. This commitment is permanent.
Setlrs generates revenue exclusively through disclosed affiliate partnerships with third-party service providers (see Clause 10). Your access to every Setlrs feature is never conditional on using any affiliated service.
Acceptable Use
To provide accurate strategies, users must provide truthful and current information in their profiles. By using Setlrs you agree:
- To provide accurate information about your migration circumstances
- Not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Not to attempt to circumvent our AI safety filters or security measures
- Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the platform
- Not to use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm other users
AI-Generated Content
Strategies and plans generated by Setlrs use advanced AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally produce incorrect information regarding local regulations, costs, or timelines.
Users are responsible for cross-referencing all AI-generated suggestions with official government sources or a qualified migration professional before acting on them. Setlrs displays the source of information it surfaces wherever possible.
Your AI data: Your conversations with Setlrs AI agents are used only to generate your relocation plan. They are never used to train AI models or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Intelligence Agents
Setlrs includes automated intelligence agents that search for, organise, and present migration-relevant information based on your profile and queries.
What the agents do

What the agents do not do
- Provide immigration advice specific to your individual circumstances
- Recommend a specific visa product as suitable for you
- Represent you before any government authority
- Guarantee any immigration outcome
GDPR / Article 22: Where Setlrs agents generate a personalised roadmap, this constitutes automated processing of personal data. It does not constitute a decision with legal effects. You retain full control. You may request human review of any agent output by contacting shuklas@setlrs.com.
Information Accuracy
Setlrs aggregates and organises publicly available immigration information from government sources, official databases, and verified third parties. Immigration rules, visa requirements, processing times, and fees change frequently and without notice.
Setlrs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for purpose of any information on the platform. Users should verify all requirements directly with the relevant government authority before taking any action.
Your Account
To use Setlrs you create an account using an email address and password, or via a supported authentication provider. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at shuklas@setlrs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting shuklas@setlrs.com. Deletion removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current information about your migration circumstances
- Verify all immigration information with official government sources before acting
- Seek professional immigration advice for advice specific to your circumstances
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Affiliate Partnerships
Setlrs works with affiliate partners — third-party service providers relevant to migration, such as financial services, accommodation, insurance, and travel. When we recommend an affiliated service:
- We disclose the affiliate relationship at the point of recommendation
- You are never required to use any affiliated service
- We may receive a commission from the partner if you choose to use them — at no cost to you
- It never affects the tools or features available to you on Setlrs
Every affiliated recommendation carries this label: "ⓘ Affiliate disclosure: Setlrs may earn a commission if you use this service. This does not affect your access to any Setlrs feature."
Privacy
Your use of Setlrs is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Setlrs you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trade marks, and intellectual property in Setlrs is owned by the operator of Setlrs.com (ABN: 49 535 527 646) and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Setlrs without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Setlrs.com is not liable for:
- Any immigration decision, outcome, or visa refusal
- Any reliance on information surfaced by the platform or its agents
- Any loss arising from use of affiliated services
- Any loss arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information
- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). As Setlrs is a free service, your primary remedies relate to the quality and fitness of the service provided.
EU and UK Users — Additional Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law or UK consumer law apply in full alongside these Terms. EU users may lodge complaints with their national data protection supervisory authority. UK users may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Governing Law — Global Structure
🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand
Laws of Queensland, Australia. Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded.
🇪🇺 European Union
Laws of Ireland (EU). GDPR applies in full. Nothing limits your rights under EU consumer law.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Laws of England and Wales. UK GDPR applies. Nothing limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Laws of Ontario, Canada. PIPEDA applies.
🇮🇳 India
Laws of Queensland, Australia apply. DPDPA 2023 user rights are honoured.
🌍 All Other Countries
Laws of Queensland, Australia apply, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. The current version is always available at setlrs.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
