Setlrs.com is powered by Firebase and Google Cloud — the same infrastructure used by some of the world's most security-critical applications. Google Cloud data centres operate with continuous physical and digital security audits, 24/7 monitoring, and multiple layers of redundancy.
Google Cloud Security: Google holds ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and PCI DSS certifications. Your data benefits from the same infrastructure security as Google's own products.
All data in transit is protected via end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption. Every connection between your device and Setlrs.com is encrypted. There are no unencrypted endpoints.
Secure, short-lived authentication tokens manage your session state. Tokens expire automatically, reducing the risk of unauthorised access from stale sessions.
All data stored on Firebase and Google Cloud is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your personal information and migration data are never stored in plain text.
Database access is governed by strict security rules. Users can only access their own data. No cross-user data access is possible at the database level.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. We never store plain text passwords. We cannot read your password — only verify it during login.
We voluntarily adhere to GDPR-level standards for all users globally — not just EU residents. The highest global data protection standard applies to everyone.
When you delete your account, your data is gone permanently. We do not retain soft-deleted copies or backups of your personal information beyond 30 days after account deletion.
You can initiate account deletion at any time from your dashboard settings. No waiting periods. No friction. Your data, your decision.
Data portability: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time. Contact shuklas@setlrs.com and we will provide your data in JSON format within 30 days.
Your interactions with Setlrs intelligence agents are used only to generate your personalised migration roadmap. They are never used to train AI models and are never shared with third parties for any purpose.
AI-generated outputs are produced on-demand for your session. We do not retain conversation logs beyond what is necessary to maintain your migration roadmap.
If you discover a security vulnerability in Setlrs.com, we ask that you report it to us responsibly before disclosing it publicly. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
Report a vulnerability: Email shuklas@setlrs.com with the subject line "Security Vulnerability". Please include a description of the issue and steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours.
We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith and give us reasonable time to respond before public disclosure.
